Questions: "I am planning to get a sling for my 2nd baby due in December. Do you think it is worth getting a micro fleece one or will baby just be too hot by the spring? (We live in York.) Assuming baby was in a snow suit, would a normal fabric one be better?
Do you have a shop? My parents live in Glasgow, so I was wondering if it's possible to come and try products on.
What sort of instructions come with the carrier? I am particularly interested in how to breast-feed whilst wearing it."
Some answers: The
micro fleece wrap will be nice and snuggly for winter. It could be fine in spring depending on the weather but you will be too warm this summer.
Padded Snowsuits aren't necessarily the easiest to carry the baby, they make it awkward to adjust the sling.
Fleece all-in-one suits work well - Check out Little Possums' website, they have some lovely ones. Or wear a large coat or jacket over the two of you.
