Learn to carry your baby from other parents

At Calin Bleu, we're passionate about baby carriers, and helping parents re-discover the ancient tradition of carrying our children.

That's why we've created Sling meet. Sling Meet is a site where parents can meet up other parents locally and learn from each other how to use their baby carrier or their sling, try before they buy...

Today we've added to the Calin Bleu site an article about the ideas behind Sling Meet.

We hope you find it interesting. As usual, if you had any comments or questions, we'll be happy to hear from you.

Calin Bleu partners with The Baby Website

Calin Bleu has partnered with The Baby Website to bring some information to parents about the wonderful world of baby wearing.

The first article is about the benefits of carrying your baby. Whatever baby carrier you choose, your child will enjoy being carried, he or she will be stimulated, build a strong relationship with you and enjoy a smooth transition from the womb to the outside world.

The second article is a quick guide to undertand the types of baby carriers available on the market today: a wraparound sling is a very versatile baby carrier, a pouch is great for a quick carry, a ring sling can be very convenient to breastfeed discreetly on the go, a mei-tai or soft structured baby carrier is great with toddlers ... these are just some of the aspects covered in our quick guide.
